Penske Yalata Branch – Service Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   By entering in the giveaway competition, you expressly agree to adhere to and be bound by these terms and conditions. If there is any inconsistency between the material used to promote the competition and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail.
   The Promoter is Penske Australia Pty Ltd ACN 073 690 990 of 72 Formation Street, Wacol, in the State of Queensland.
2. Eligibility
   Entry to this competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 or above, or under 18 with parental or guardian consent. Employees, contractors, consultants and agents of the Promoter, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the giveaway.
3. How to Enter
   To enter the giveaway competition, participants must:
   A. Service your vehicle at Penske’s Yatala branch in the month of May 2025.
   Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will not be accepted.
4. Giveaway Period
   The giveaway competition opens on 1 May 2025 and closes at 5pm AEST 31 May 2025 (the “Competition Period”).
   Entries submitted outside of the Competition Period will not be considered.
   The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway competition prior at any time without notice and in its absolute discretion.
5. Prize
   The prize pool consists of a choice of DJR Hot Lap on Aug 13, 2025 at Queensland Raceway 133 Champions Way, Willowbank QLD 4306 or a Detroit Weber BBQ with the total prize pool value being no more than $1,000.
   If, within one (1) month of a winner being selected, the winning participant does not provide proof of identity, age and residency, if requested by the Promoter, or does not accept the prize, then the prize will be forfeited.
   The Promoter may reassess the remaining entries to select the next best winners of any forfeited prizes.
   The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute that prize (or that part of the prize) for an alternative prize of the same or similar value.
6. Winner Selection
   The Promoter will select the winning entries from the pool of valid entries on 2 June 2025 at the premises of Penske Altona branch, at 488 Blackshaws Rd Altona North VIC 3025 at 11am AEST. Subject to these terms and conditions, the Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   All prize winners will be notified via phone call within 24 hours of the winning entries being selected. If the winner does not respond within two (2) days from the date of the notice, a new winner will be selected.
   The winner will be announced on 2 June 2025 on the official Penske Trucks ANZ Facebook account (@pensketrucksanz) https://www.facebook.com/PenskeTrucksANZ/.
7. Publicity
   By entering the giveaway, the participants grant the Promoter the right to use their name, entry and likeness in any marketing of the competition, any announcement of competition winners, and any promotion of the competition, the Promoter, or the Promoter’s business.
8. Privacy
   The Promoter will treat personal information supplied by the participants in accordance with the principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Promoter’s Privacy Policy on the handling of personal information is available to view at https://penske.com.au/compliance-legal/.
   The Promoter will collect the participant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the competition. Without this information, the Promoter will be unable to accept an entry. By submitting an entry, each participant consents to the Promoter using participants’ personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity and research purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning a participant. The participant may opt out of receiving direct marketing at any time by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy also sets out how the participant may access, update or correct their personal information.
9. Facebook Contest Policy
   Participants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating, participants release Facebook from any responsibility or liability related to the giveaway.
10. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland for the participants from Australia and New Zealand for the participants from New Zealand and the parties irrevocably submit to its courts’ non-exclusive jurisdiction.
