XTRANS transmissions are built using genuine parts and remanufactured to Allison factory specifications. All XTRANS transmissions undergo a full inspection, rebuild and dyno test by Allison factory trained technicians to ensure all reusable items are within factory tolerances.

Register your Transmission

To protect your investment and register your transmission for warranty please complete the below:

Oil cooler has been professionally cleaned
Oil cooler lines have been cleaned or renewed
TCM shifts have been reset to unadaptive
Transmission has been filled with an approved Allison oil
Check driveline including engine-transmission adaption, rectify as necessary
Has transmission been installed in line with installation guide
